This notice explains what happens to the information you send Seven Ark LLC ("Seven Ark", "we") through the project inquiry form on this website.
What the form collects
Only what you enter or attach:
- Your name, email address, and phone number (the phone number is only required if you ask us to call or text you)
- The city or ZIP code of the property
- The type of project, your timing, your project description, and how you prefer to be contacted
- Any photos you choose to attach (up to six)
Before photos leave your device, the website resizes them and saves them as new JPEG files. That process removes the data cameras embed in photos, such as GPS location.
How it reaches us
When you press Send, your details and photos are delivered by email to Seven Ark's business inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-delivery service. FormSubmit states that it keeps form submissions for 30 days and does not keep uploaded files. This website does not keep its own database of submissions.
How we use it
We use what you send only to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project, and prepare a proposal. We do not sell or share your information, and we do not use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and photos for 90 days after we receive them, then delete them.
Phone calls and texts
If you call or text (404) 935-3159, your number and message go to Seven Ark's business phone.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts and images are served from this website itself. Like most websites, the web host may record standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, in its server logs.
